Driving Lessons.

The Bay School of Motoring offers driving lessons to individuals looking to learn how to drive safely and confidently on the road. Their experienced instructors provide a structured and comprehensive curriculum that includes both theoretical and practical lessons to ensure students receive the necessary skills and knowledge to pass their driving test. The school uses modern and well-maintained vehicles that are equipped with dual control pedals to ensure the safety of the learner driver.

Refresher Course

The Bay School of Motoring offers a refresher course for individuals who already have a driving license but may have not driven for some time or may feel less confident on the road. The refresher course is tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual, whether it is to improve their parking skills, overcome driving anxiety, or simply refresh their knowledge of the road rules. The course is conducted by experienced instructors who use a patient and supportive approach to help build the student’s confidence and skills. The school offers flexible scheduling to accommodate the busy lives of their students and provides competitive pricing for their refresher course.

Registered Instructor

The Bay School of Motoring employs registered driving instructors who are qualified and licensed to teach individuals how to drive safely and confidently on the road. Their instructors are certified by the Driving and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and have undergone extensive training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to teach driving effectively. They use a structured and comprehensive curriculum that includes both theoretical and practical lessons to ensure their students receive the best possible education. The instructors at The Bay School of Motoring are patient and supportive, providing a comfortable and stress-free learning environment for their students. Additionally, they use modern and well-maintained vehicles that are equipped with dual control pedals to ensure the safety of the learner driver.

Pass Plus is a further qualification which drivers can obtain after passing their test.

The course involves six hours of tuition dealing with road conditions that the driver maynot have experienced prior to passing the driving test. The Pass Plus course covers motorway, dual carriageway, urban and rural driving experiences. There is

no test at the end of the tuition and only Pass Plus registered instructors, like Mary, can offer the course.

This course provides essential experience for all drivers and usually secures a cheaper insurance quotation.

Most lessons take place in the Morecambe area according to test routes but students
are accepted from all neighbouring areas including Heysham, Lancaster, Carnforth,
Over Kellet, Nether Kellet, Galgate, Cockerham, Garstang and Caton.
